Dr. Khoisnam Tokyo Meetei is a passionate social worker committed to uplifting society. As an Assistant Cum Data Entry Operator in the Social Welfare Department, Government of Manipur, he plays a crucial role in the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) for Tamenglong & Noney Districts, ensuring justice and care for children in need.
Humble Beginnings, Big Dreams
Dr. Tokyo comes from Pishumthong Oinam Leikai, Imphal West District, Manipur. Raised by Late Khoisnam Koba Meetei and Khoisnam Sanahal Leima, he learned the value of hard work early on. His father, a hawker, inspired him to support small businesses and underprivileged communities.
